Before you write to us
What size am I?
There's one size and it adjusts. It fits a waist of 23.6–43.3 in and an upper thigh of 15.7–25.6 in. Measure the thigh first — that's the one that decides it. Outside either range, don't order.
Left or right?
Neither — it wraps either way round, so there's no side to get wrong. If both hips are bad you'd want two.
Where's my order?
Tracking goes out by email the moment it ships. If it's been more than eight working days since that email, write to us and we'll chase it — you shouldn't have to.
How do I return it?
Email us within thirty days with your order number. Worn is fine — that's the whole point, you can't judge it without wearing it through a shift. We won't ask you why.
Can I wear it to sleep?
No. Compression shouldn't be worn unsupervised overnight. This is made for the hours you're up and working.
Is it a medical device?
No, it's a supportive garment. It doesn't treat or correct anything and it isn't a substitute for seeing someone about your hip. If you're recovering from surgery or your pain is getting worse, talk to your doctor before using it. Full details are on the product page.
